How ordering works

1. Pick an item and press Buy Now.
2. Fill in your details and place the order. You get an invoice with your order code.
3. Create a ticket on our Discord server and send your order code.
4. Pay manually as staff tells you. Your order is accepted and then delivered.

Welcome

If you made a purchase and have not received it, please open a ticket on our Discord server. Billing questions and other payment inquiries are handled there too.

Delivery

It can take 1 to 20 minutes for a purchase to appear in-game. If it has not arrived after that, open a ticket with proof of purchase and we will look into it.

Refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute may result in a permanent ban from our servers.
